This Privacy Policy explains how Gulf Rank Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal information when you visit gulfrankmedia.com or engage us for search marketing services.
We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and — where our work involves people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom — the principles of the GDPR and UK GDPR.

2. What we collect
When you submit our contact form. We collect your full name, email address, the service you selected, and the content of your message. These fields are what the form asks for; nothing else is captured from you at that point.
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp. We receive whatever you choose to send us, including your phone number if you message us on WhatsApp.
When you browse the site. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard web analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring website, and time spent on pages. If you decline analytics cookies, this collection does not take place.
When you become a client. We collect the business and billing information needed to deliver and invoice the work — company name, contact people, website access credentials where you choose to grant them, and payment details.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health, religious or biometric information).

4. Cookies and analytics
We use a consent banner so that non-essential cookies only load after you agree. Essential cookies needed for the site to function are set regardless, as the site cannot work without them.
Our analytics run on Google Analytics 4. Google processes this data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the UAE. You can review Google’s own privacy terms at policies.google.com/privacy.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time using the cookie settings link in the site footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

5. Who else sees your data
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Google (Analytics) — site usage measurement
- Hostinger — website hosting and email
- WhatsApp / Meta — only if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, in which case Meta’s own terms apply
- Wordfence — our website firewall, which logs visitor IP addresses in order to block malicious traffic
Our typefaces are served from our own server rather than from Google’s font service, so browsing the site does not send your IP address to Google for fonts.
Messages sent through our contact form are stored in our website database in addition to being emailed to us.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so by a UAE authority or court.
6. Where your data is held
Our website and email are hosted on infrastructure that may be located outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on our providers’ contractual safeguards for those transfers.

8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your data, where we have no continuing legal or contractual reason to keep it
- Stop or limit a particular use of your data
- Transfer your data to another provider in a common format
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave, including for cookies or marketing
Email sales@gulfrankmedia.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge unless a request is clearly excessive or repetitive.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you can raise it with the UAE Data Office. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
9. Security
The site runs over HTTPS, sits behind a web application firewall, and is backed up daily. Access to client accounts and data is limited to people who need it to do the work. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps proportionate to the data we hold.
10. Links to other sites
Our blog and service pages link to third-party websites, including publications where we have placed client content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their own policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or tools change. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
